What is social media? Is a good question… it is essentially the ability to have a 2 way conversation online… you ask something, someone else responds. What tools are available to enable you to do this? Another good question and the answer is too many! What we need to do is work out which tools are relevant to you and how you can use them to do what you want to do…

My preference in 2013 is to work with business people 121… everyone is unique and they understand things in different ways… in order for me to understand your needs in relation to how best you can use social media to grow your business then we need to focus on you.

You don’t know what you don’t know… so let’s work out what you do know and then work out the bits of the rest that might be of value to you… you probably don’t need most of what is going on.
